Shipping policy

We strive to provide clear and straightforward shipping rates for all orders. Standard shipping fees are applied based on the total order value:

  • Orders up to $29.99$30 shipping fee
  • Orders between $30.00 – $69.99$25 shipping fee
  • Orders between $70.00 – $99.99$20 shipping fee
  • Orders of $100.00 or more$15 shipping fee

*Note*: For certain heavy or oversized items, shipping fees will be calculated separately. Postage is determined based on our primary shipping carriers and may vary depending on the item’s weight, dimension, and the carrier’s actual rate at the time of shipment. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Time

Most products will be shipped within 180 days of the official release date. Please note that the release date is not the date you place your order, but the date when the product is officially released by the manufacturer. The estimated release date will be clearly stated on each product page.

For in-stock items, orders will also be shipped within 180 days from the order date.

Due to international shipping and cross-border logistics, fulfillment timelines are longer than standard domestic deliveries. 

We appreciate your understanding. If extended delivery times are a concern, please consider this carefully before placing your order.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items with different release dates, we will ship all items together once every product is available.

To receive items earlier, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for products with different release schedules.

Terms of Shipping + Delivery

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or confiscated packages by the shipping carriers and will not refund orders in these cases, we will, however, help you to file a claim to the carrier company. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

Packages that are returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or unpaid in custom duties (for international orders) are subject to additional RE-shipping fees.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and include your order number in the email. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Report Other Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or has other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. If the package was rejected due to an incorrect shipping address, we'll ask you to pay the shipping fee to re-ship the package.
