Shipping Time

DURING REGULAR SEASON: For items are all in stock and ready to ship, the shipping time will be 7-12 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped.

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (NOV - DEC): For items are all in stock and ready to ship, the shipping time will be 15-20 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Day). You will receive an email notification once the order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Free U.S. Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $35 before taxes and discounts. 

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week.

Terms of Shipping + Delivery

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or confiscated packages by the shipping carriers and will not refund orders in these cases, we will, however, help you to file a claim to the carrier company. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.

 

Packages that are returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or unpaid in custom duties (for international orders) are subject to additional RE-shipping fees.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with the subject "Cancel My Order" and include your order number in the email. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Report Other Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or has other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. If the package was rejected due to an incorrect shipping address, we'll ask you to pay the shipping fee to re-ship the package.
